Brandon Burkhart is a Missouri native, hailing from the Southwestern portion of the state. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia, before attending law school at the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Brandon has interned with the Community Development Office of Legal Aid of Western Missouri and with U.S. Magistrate Judge Sarah W. Hays of the U.S. Western District of Missouri. While in law school, he participated in trial and appellate advocacy programs at UMKC Law, and began laying the foundation for starting his own firm after graduation.
Brandon’s focus areas include employment discrimination, general civil litigation, and criminal defense.
